Shift Calendar Privacy Policy
How the application handles data and how you control your information.

This policy applies to the ELUQEN Android app Shift Calendar (تقویم شیفت), package com.eluqen.shiftcalendar.
Data stored on your device
Shift patterns, work attendance records, overtime, leave, rest, swaps, notes, tasks, reminders, personal events, and app settings may be saved in private on-device app storage. They support the app's functions.
Colleagues and user-selected contacts
You can enter colleague names, phone numbers, work information and other records manually. Where supported, you can choose to import a particular contact or select a VCF/vCard file. These actions are initiated by you. The app does not request broad access to the device's contacts database. Selected colleague details remain locally stored and are not automatically sent to ELUQEN.
Backups and data exports
User-initiated JSON backups and ICS calendar exports may contain personal information, including colleague names and numbers where applicable. The exported JSON and ICS files are not encrypted by the app. Keep these files secure. If you send an export to another app, email, messaging service or cloud drive, that recipient may handle it according to its own policies. Android automatic app-data backup is disabled.
Internet requests
HTTPS is used to retrieve or check calendar-event data and app-update information. Such requests do not automatically upload your personal shift records, colleagues' details, notes or backup files. Web hosts, CDNs and network infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, request time and the requested URL. We do not claim that no technical logs exist.
Install and update behavior
The website-distributed Direct edition may request permission to install applications from its source, only in connection with an update initiated by you. The Google Play edition uses Google Play for app updates and does not include the Direct APK installer. Calendar-data updates are a separate mechanism.
Notifications and device permissions
The app may use notifications, exact alarms, vibration and reboot rescheduling for reminders. You can control related Android permissions in device settings.
Accounts, advertising and analytics
The app's core features do not require an ELUQEN account. The reviewed release has no in-app ads, in-app purchases, behavioral analytics SDK or remote crash reporting. Your entered records are not requested for targeted advertising.
External links
Websites, app stores, GitHub and email applications open only when you choose links. Third-party services have their own data practices.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you remove it, clear Android app data or uninstall the app. This can permanently delete your information. Copies exported or shared with third parties are not automatically erased when you uninstall the app. There is no ELUQEN account to delete for Shift Calendar.
Changes
This policy will be updated if features, permissions, SDKs or processing practices materially change.
