These terms apply to the ELUQEN Android application “Shift Calendar” (تقویم شیفت). This page explains the conditions and scope of using the app. If you disagree, you may stop using and uninstall the app.
The current app is free, has no advertisements and offers no in-app purchases. This describes the present release, not a promise about future versions.
1. Purpose
The app helps users plan work-shift patterns, view calendar information, and manage related notes, records, and reminders. It is a personal planning aid, not an official employer roster, payroll record, or authoritative professional determination. Verify important work or financial information against official sources.
2. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not misrepresent modified or unauthorized copies as official ELUQEN releases, or use the app to interfere with or compromise other systems.
3. Your information and backups
Shift records, colleague names and phone numbers you manually enter or choose to import, notes, tasks and reminders may be stored locally on your device.
Some app information is stored locally on your device. JSON or ICS exports you create may contain personal information and are not necessarily encrypted. You are responsible for keeping exported files and backups in a safe location. See the Shift Calendar Privacy Policy for details about data handling, network requests, and deletion.
4. Updates and external services
Features and related calendar resources may change with future releases. Certain capabilities depend on connectivity, Android compatibility, or external providers. Third-party stores and linked services may have their own applicable terms.
5. Accuracy and responsibility
We strive for reliable operation, but data-entry mistakes, configuration issues, device incompatibilities, and technical failures can occur. To the extent permitted by law, users should check critical information and maintain suitable backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
6. Intellectual property
Software, design, and trademark rights belong to their respective lawful owners. Installing the app does not transfer those rights; use remains subject to applicable licenses and laws.
7. Changes to these terms
The latest terms and their effective date will be published at this URL. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, it will be handled accordingly.
